Top 10 Coach Bags

Women's Wear Daily recently announced the annual handbags brands ranking. Wow! Guess who nabbed the very top spot (by a large margin, even)? The overwhelmingly most recognized and familiar brand was ….yeppers…Coach. It seems that a whopping 76% of consumers actually recognize Coach. This can be compared with 63% who immediately recognize Louis Vuitton.

With so many different brand names in the mix of designer bags, it's quite obvious that just throwing a bag out there and hoping for the sales is NOT going to happen anymore. Even the major brands have to work hard to get their products recognized on the market. Not only recognized but preferred because just mere recognition won't cut it anymore. The competition is fierce.

It seems like the consumers with the big bucks to spend expect their luxury choices to be much more rare and unique than the "typical" bags that the general public can afford.

Though some complain that Coach has gone way upscale in the last several seasons, with some very exotic skin bags that are in the $20,000 range, the more popular and what many consider to be the "best" bags can actually be purchased for amounts in the "hundreds" of dollar range.
